[wtp-releng] Re: I-Build failed

Hi Naci,

Problem is org.eclipse.jst.ws.tests.performance
plug-in's test.xml has a couple of errors in it, for example, it does not
have a performance target. I have fixed and released the change. Please
respin the tests. Sorry for the inconvenience.
