Please vote your approval for the release document that was just posted at
https://www.eclipse.org/webtools/releaseReviews/201809/WebTools3.11.pdf (or give feedback with corrections that need to be made). There are few substantive changes given how short the time period for this release has been, so most of the changes are related to formatting, copy editing, and updated bug counts (with the Helios numbers now removed for space). If possible, please do so by the end of _today_, and sorry for the rush.
