Short answer:
- The
JPA half of EJB 3.0 is serviced by the technology preview of Dali (on its
way into WTP; optimistically, but not officially, part of the Callisto
release)
- The
other parts of EJB 3.0 are not in 1.5; they are slated for 2.0 next year
- JSF
is serviced by the technology preview of the JSF sub-project in WTP; same
release plans/SLA as Dali
- Some
JSP 2.1 support is present in WTP 1.5, but we are not officially
supporting it until WTP 2.0
- Other
parts of the Java EE 5 spec are slated for WTP 2.0

Subject: [wtp-pmc] Question on
newly approved specs
So I see on TSS that EJB 3.0 and Java EE 5 (e.g. JSF 1.2,
JSP 2.1, EJB 3.0, JAX-WS) have both been approved.
Just so we know at the Foundation, what support will we have
in the June release of WTP for these?
A pointer to a planning document that describes this would
be fine.
