Alright, looks like I was able to follow all the necessary steps to get 
a good I Build going with the latest changes.   In place, and it seems 
to be working:

The following bugs have been included in the latest I-Build:

bugs 213883 - XML Perspective - Adds an XML Specific perspective.
bugs 214228 - XSL Launching Input Files are filtered by the XML 
content-type and all sub-catagories of that content type.

Let me know if there are any problems.
