[wtp-dev] Adopter hotbug request for Juno SR2

I recognize that it’s late in Juno SR2 schedule, but I’d like to request hotbug handling for the following two bugs. Both include a patch. The fixes are very safe, while absence of these fixes causes WTP to hang waiting for network timeout in certain network environments.

 

Note that these require attention from Source Editing team (not Java EE Tools team).

 

jsp_2_1.xsd and jsp_2_2.xsd are incorrectly registered
