There would be limited support for doing this as targeting RCP isn't our 
priority, providing a JavaScript IDE with all of the features that implies 
is.  Aside from us restructuring our plug-ins, which I'd really only 
consider with high-quality patches being supplied, your best bet is 
probably to utilize Equinox Transformations in your RCP application.  
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox_Transforms would be a good starting point.
