[wtp-dev] WSDL model version changed, dependent plug-ins updated

Hi,

The WSDL EMF model version was properly
updated to 1.1.0 and all dependent plug-ins were updated to specify [1.1.0,
1.2.0) as the dependency version range The changes are already committed
and released (thank you David). Please verify and if possible increase
the upper range to 2.0.0 if you do not use internal APIs.

Please let me or Craig know if you encounter
any issues with the latest changes. The bug used to track all these changes
is [1].
