1. EclipseWorld update - Tim Wagner

Tim - WTP sessions are well attended. Very positive exposure.

David - FYI, ATF produced a new milestone build a couple days ago.

2. WTP 1.5.1 Status - David Williams

9/15: Code freeze for WTP 1.5.1 and start of downstream projects’ (TPTP, e.g.) final readiness and verification cycle. (Any requested changes or P1 bugs discovered required PMC approval to fix.)

9/15: Date by which all Callisto projects are maintenance build ready and update site loading/testing can commence.

9/27: Final posting of Callisto bits and mirror synchronization; update site locked during this time.

9/29: GA for first Callisto maintenance pack (including base 3.2.1 and WTP 1.5.1). Callisto update site, WTP update site, and WTP download page all available.(including all-in-one bundles for WTP 1.5.1).

David - Some plug-in has incorrect versioning. We need to respin to pick up those fixes.

David - Latest build has 2 failing JUnit tests.

Chuck - Looks like some random failures.

David - PMC is slow. I've told bug owners to go ahead with commit/release based on David's comment under the condition that if any PMC member objects at a later date, owners will need to revert their fixes.

3. WTP 2.0 Status - David Williams

David - No smoke test this week.

4. wtp-releng build notifications - David Williams

Our continuous build process swamp the wtp-releng mailing list with build notifications. Any suggestions on how to improve this? See David's email for more details.

All - We will go with David's proposal.

Ted - We like to see build failure notifications on the wtp-releng list.

David - We can try the RSS system first. If things don't work out, we can implement other suggestions.
