I can confirm the problem ... and even
that its my fault. 
I was "experimenting" with
jarring the source plugins. 
I actually thought I reverted the change,
but guess not. 
I've opened bug 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=133453
to track. 
As I mention there, one work around
is to simply "un zip" the jarred source plugins.

In the latest IBuild (I20060323) source attachments
seem to have 
disappeared for some jars including wst.xml.core and 
wst.common.modulecore.  Others seem to find like jst.jsp.ui.  I
don't 
even get the magic button appearing in the source editor allowing me to
try to attach related source.

Can anyone else confirm?
