[wtp-dev] Bug for 1.5 Hot List

Please add https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=125749 to the 1.5 hot list. Project overrides for validator configuration are not stored in the project. This has a severe impact on the team development scenario.
