Nitty gritty: 

no word from server team ... but, in past Tim's said "he
doesn't do any more than Chris' or Chuck's teams would do" so ...
we'll assume server ok. 

If you notice oddities on time stamps: 
        original request was
for I200603161844,
but someone somewhere released a few other changes, so new builds created
             
  I can only assume there were for serious, blocking, or regressions
problems, since everyone knows not to release things until I-build declared
... right? 

        Chris, with my blessing,
tested I200603172120 since "most recent" at that time, but for
some reason it does not have *any* JUnit Test results, at all? 
        and the declared build,
I200603180020,
as JUnit tests, and has the same map files as 2120 ... so ... best we can
do.
