Raghu,
both fixes are confined to the Web service wizards and will affect no other tools. That said, the fix to 119997 results in our wizard dispatching server publication on a secondary thread instead of on the main GUI thread. Any server implementation to which the Web service wizard is able to deploy an Apache Axis Web service should consider testing with this patch. The #1 gotcha I've seen with switching existing code (implementations of IServer.publish() in this case) from running on the GUI thread to running off the GUI thread is if the code attempts to do much of anything directly with SWT.
