Fw: [wtp-dev] [action] 0.7.1 testing required, also please give your go or no-go 
XML Tools smoke tested on WTP 0.71 20050927, found small regression,
otherwise tools look fine.   The defect is not severe to be a show stopper,
so XML Tools are good to go for 0.71

A new Eclipse build is available. If you have not started your testing,

PDE

       110824 Trying to create launch config results in StackOverflowError

ANT

       updated some legal documents for the org.apache.ant plugin. No code
change.

Team,

I know you are eager to see our 0.7.1 release go out the door :). There's
only one thing left we need to do to achieve this. We need to give the
latest 0.7.1 build (20050927) a good slap to make sure things still work.
I've done some sanity tests against this build and it looks good. I've also
created an update site for this build, the update site is available here:
