At Leshan side, for now we did not implement any LWM2M 1.1 specific 
features, we are still focusing on 1.0. Until recently implementing 
LWM2M 1.1 was not even in the plans. The lines move slowly and this is 
not exclude that we finally begin to implements some parts of 1.1, but 
this is too soon to say what or when. :/
