[volttron-dev] Changing Modbus Documentation

I noticed today that the Volttron Modbus documentation does not reflect the terminology change instituted by the Modbus Organization in 2020, explained at this link. The change was to replace the term "master/slave" with "client/server". In addition to the reasons cited in the link, the new terminology more accurately reflects the technical function of what is being described. Perhaps it is time to update the new Volttron documentation?

AFIK, ASHRAE has yet to make the same terminology change in BACnet however.
