[viatra-dev] Target platform update

Hi all,

as we have talked about it yesterday, we were in the process of making VIATRA 1.3 fully compatible with the upcoming Eclipse Neon release. Today I have merged three corresponding changes that allows the use of Neon as a target platform:

 * Xtext 2.10 is required now: http://git.eclipse.org/c/viatra/org.eclipse.viatra.git/commit/?id=dda17739bd95c7cf44713865ebc879af37c81fa5
 * Data binding support was updated to include a ComputedValue implementation to avoid dependency on Java 8 with the latest Neon release: http://git.eclipse.org/c/viatra/org.eclipse.viatra.git/commit/?id=98158995d7ba311729cf94975c02f2e7f699ce13
 * The setup file was updated: http://git.eclipse.org/c/viatra/org.eclipse.viatra.git/commit/?id=f33fd7433edcaa5bcce7b2bb6edda3eedb52145d

The only change that needs to be addressed is by everyone is the inclusion of the latest Xtext milestone. If you are using Oomph, it will take care of the updating the target platform and installation accordingly; if you are not using Oomph, rely on the milestone site of Xtext.

If you have any issues, please share it and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Best regards,
Zoli
