[viatra-dev] Repository housekeeping

Hi all,

as mentioned in the meeting, I would like to put a short lock on the viatra repository for some housekeeping tasks
 * Import organization
 * Ensuring correct code formatting
 * Initializing the 1.3 development branch

I ask for the lock as some of these changes might introduce conflicts with parallel development I’d like to avoid. I need a few hours to execute these tasks; I will send another email when I have finished.
