[viatra-dev] EMF-specific language design wiki initialized

Hi,

just as a conversation starter I initialized a wiki page for the EMF transformation language design. At this point, I tried to collect my ideas of what is needed, without syntax or priority specification - both wll come at a later point.

Feel free to add every idea for now, I will later structure/merge them. To goal is to gather together all possible use cases we want to support.
