[ve-dev] Release review

Per the Eclipse Development Process under the new Eclipse Foundation, we 
are required to have a release review before going live with 1.1 
(http://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/main.html).

Unless anyone objects, I plan to schedule the release review for July 
20.  Please let me know if this is a problem for anyone planning to 
attend the review.
