[udig-dev] 1.3.x and 1.4.x branches ...

Yesterday on IRC Frank asked if we could rename the release branch to 1.3.x ...

Something there does not seem correct ... Frank did you intend to rename this to 1.4.x?

Let me check :

* https://github.com/udig/udig-platform/tree/release --> that is clearly 1.3.x

Looks like I better hunt down a commit to use as a 1.4.x branch... okay found it.

Here are the resulting branches:

* https://github.com/udig/udig-platform/tree/1.3.x

* https://github.com/udig/udig-platform/tree/1.4.x

I am waiting confirmation that we can set up at https://github.com/locationtech/udig tomorrow. If not I will set up a 1.5.x branch and look at merging in the luna branch to master.
