Re: [udig-dev] PMC/PSC call to vote for Eclipse IP CQ Sphinx dependency

Is this a "build and test only" [1] (i.e. a "works with") dependency?

From the sounds of it, this is used only at build time and will not be distributed by the project. Is that correct?

Thats correct, just a build time dependency, no redistribution. Understood that we should create a single CQ for "works with" build and test dependencies. I'm wondering about where to define "works with" in the CQ predefined Form fields.

FWIW, this sort of discussion should normally be started in the PMC mailing list.

Thanks for the helpful link,

Hello PMC / PSC members,

I just created a new CQ Request at Eclipse to validate the usage of Sphinx Documentation Generator, Version 1.1.3.

We are using it to build online docs for both user and developer docs. If the html files and images created down below doc/target a ant script copies the content into net.refractions.udig.help bundle.

Please vote at https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7449 in the "PMC approved" section.

Thanks a lot,
Frank
