Silvia, could you please give us some mor details about data type (coverage/vector). It would be interesting what kind of datastore you are expect to get into uDIG. Could you provide the log file from workspace .meteadata folder? Any exception in the log thats relevant to your resource?

Hi all,

I am using the last version of udig 1.4 for windows 64 bits and tried to import layers directly into the Catalog from the Import icon.

After selecting the layers and pressing Finish they will not be loaded and visualized into the Catalog. Do some of you experienced this thing?

If I will use the Layer -> Import from the menu bar the layers will be added to the Catalog as expected.

We will have a course at the end of the next week in Ethiopia and would need a version with this major issues fixed... is there someone that can do fixing?
