[udig-devel] [jira] (UDIG-1861) dummy text in style editor label

Brett Hollindale created UDIG-1861:
--------------------------------------

Summary: dummy text in style editor label
                 Key: UDIG-1861
                 URL: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/UDIG-1861
             Project: uDIG
          Issue Type: Bug
Components: visualization using map layer and style
    Affects Versions: UDIG 1.3.0
         Environment: Win 7
            Reporter: Brett Hollindale
            Priority: Trivial
Attachments: Dummy label.bmp, Dummy text in style editor.bmp

When enabling labelling on an attribute, checking the enable box puts the word 'dummy' in the label, requiring you to change the field to -none-, deleting the dummy text, and changing back to your chosen field attribute.

PS. It would be nice if there was a way to label all values based on your attribute option.

PPS. Simple feature will do this but overwrites the style properties I've imported from an sld file. It will even overwrite my imported sld even if I just click on the simple feature option and cancel out of the style editor.
