Re: [udig-devel] udig and georeferencing

Looks like there was a lot of interest on IRC.

Module has been reviewed, thanks moovida, and documented (thanks me) and added into udig for the next release.

Thanks to the helpful members of the IRC channel I have restored.

I notice that the plugin is fairly nicely done and includes documentation on how to use it:

It will need to be updated; but since the major changes from uDig 1.1.x to 1.2.x are the upgrade to a new feature model it should go pretty smoothly.

Hi, Aritz,
I see it is not in the community modules any more, which is sad. I
think Graham Davis developed it.
If you guys were thinking on bringing it back to life, you can then
count on me on helping maintaining it.
I think this is a tool that should be available in a GIS.

I have no svn community checkout from those days. I hope someone has.

Hi list,

I have been searching for any info about georeferencing using udig and the
only thing I have found is this reference:

http://svn.refractions.net/udig/udig/community/net.refractions.udig.imagegeoreferencing

Anyone knows what's its status? Or where can I download it?

Regards,
