[udig-devel] small bit of organisation for wiki

I started a "Press" heading on the udig wiki:

Mostly to refer to our old "Fact sheet" and the eclipse whitepaper that was done a few years back.

I was hunting down this information in response to information on the history of uDig; I am not sure if we want thi sas part of our usual website or not? I kind of like the website being user focused as it is now; saving the wiki for the nuts and bolts of daily development.
