I've written up a short spec for one of our developers to try use our hudson server to build uDig and uDig SDK from trunk. However, we do not (yet) have this scheduled (in competition with other work). In the meantime I could also give you access to our code so you can see the build we currently use. If you want that, then email me off-list and I will arrange access.
