[udig-devel] commit emails

I finally figured out where commit emails can be enabled on gitorious.
You have to start watching a project or repo, which will fill your
newsfeed in the dashboard with changes.
By default emailing is off. Go to the favorites page:
http://gitorious.org/favorites
and enable emailing.
