Hi Andrew:
There were some differences between uDig's parser and GeoWebCache that
were introduced; and have now been resolved.

I expect the next release of GeoWebCache will have these fixed; the
one inlcuded in 2.0.2 will not work. So use TileServer or build
GeoWebCache from source?
