Sextante as example - 60 minutes".

- A new devel release: es.axios.udig.extensions 1.3.0-m5 for uDig 1.2 -  
Parallel Tool - bug fixing and improvements. 

* Tasks on my plate:

- Refactoring:  the output of this task will be the following features:
