[udig-devel] Eclipse 3.5 and delta pack (Important)

Hi to everyone trying to export udig using the delta pack. For 3.5 you have to install it differently from previous versions. You cannot simply add it to eclipse. In fact that is not a good idea. Instead:

unzip the delta pack into its own folder
- In eclipse select Window > Preferences
- Plugin Development > Target Platform
- Either create a new target Definition or edit the current definition

In definition make sure that there are 2 locations added: Eclipse home and the delta-pack directory.
- Apply the changes
That is about all. But if you try just unzipping the delta pack into the eclipse directory it will not work and you will get errors when exporting even though it will appear as if the delta pack is correctly installed. The problem is that the new plugins are picked up but the platform specific fragments are not so the other platforms will fail to export because they don't have the required fragments.
