Well that went "okay" but not great ...
- WMSC support is now busted; the wizard reports an unresolved
compilation problem on new IOException( String, Exception)  - but the
export logs not mention this
- The "live" online help is fine; but the included stuff does not show
up - as I recall we need to ensure this plugin is unzipped on delivery
