[udig-devel] prepared geometry non visible

Hi folks,
I am not sure if I am runniong into a dejavu, I think i reported that already.
The prep package of jts is not exported. Since it is one of the major
improvements (or should I say my favourite :)) of jts 1.9, I guess
this is just a case?

Ok for everyone if I commit that change to the libs plugin both for 1.1 and 1.2?
