The legend is not coherent with the map (in uDig for Windows). Look here. http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/download/attachments/8388625/theme_legend.png?version=1
Compare with attached image.
The transparence/opacity (from the Glyphs) make the legend colour not look all right.
The legend graphic should also update after style changes.
