sure!
I will soon start to bring all possible raster algorithms of JGrass to
jai operation level.
At that point they will be automatically also at geotools level and I
think much easier to be inserted everywhere.
I am doing this also because at some point we want to invest in a
decent TileCache (for environmental models the default doesn't work
well) and be able to exploit the grace of jai for processing of very
large datasets.
As a start I will probably very soon implement the raster mapcalculator.
That is more or less the plan. You wanted to know specific things?
