That is only for uDig trunk.  It will not work with uDig 1.1.  For  
uDig 1.1 I have a class CRSUtil that has EPSG lookup methods in it.   
It is not as efficient as what you find on trunk so when you move to  
uDig trunk expect to have to use the methods that Jody has outlined in  
his blog.
