That's right that the aggregate functions seems quite bogus at the
moment, e.g. when you ask to categorize Strings exceptions are thrown ;
however it seems to split Integers collections well. But even with
-apparently- good integer categories, the "Apply" is silent :-/

fence. I think what we need to do is carefully write test cases and
make sure we can trust these functions again?
