[udig-devel] Spurious downloads?

hey,

If you have a working up-to-date udig trunk/ in eclipse, and run a
clean, our setup seems to download a few of the dependencies in libs.
I'm not positive we are downloading but it sure looks like a few of the
libs are downloaded every clean, even though they were just downloaded a
minute earlier. Is this a problem with the setup or is it merely a delay
when checking versions against the remote server?
