[udig-devel] openmi for operation chaining

I put the standalone working openmi example with a class-diagram on the
following link. To work completely you will also need a fortran and C
compiler, since it does some JNI. The makefiles are made to work for
linux shared libs.

PS: Take into consideration that the IValueSet can be implemented to
support also spatial data.
