[udig-devel] Spanish translation updates

Hi uDiggers,
I have fully updated the spanish translation for uDig.
A tarball with all the .properties files is attached to
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/UDIG-1003.
From now on it should be regularly updated by us. Seems there are still a
couple strings that need to be externalized, though I should install the
eclipse nl1 pack first to be sure they aren't just eclipse ones and no ours.
(Truth is that I hate using a translated ui because translations use to be
that bad... now that I'm the translator feel free to blame me about that :)
