[udig-devel] Adding a plugin icon where i want...

Hi,
I am creating a plugin making possible to open an image (and then to create a
world file, like a jgw for example)
The problem is that when i run Udig, and no map is opened, the icons toolbar is
reduced to 3 icons (New, Save,Save all) so my plugin icon is not visible !!!!
I want my icon to be visible in all the case...
Is it possible ??
(In the Extension Element Details, i wrote "net.refractions.udig.tool.default"
in categoryId)
