[udig-devel] little encoding problem - part 2

into the folder /udig/trunk/fragments/net.refractions.udig.help.nl1/
nl/de/
the filenames are in english
please DO the same in french
please DO NOT translate FILENAME in french (or do it without éè à à
û ...)
i can't chekout the project anymore on my F*** mac ....
