[udig-devel] A connection error has occurred

when I follow instructions from manual "Install & intro" for UDIG (http://udig.refractions.net/docs/installAndIntro.pdf ) from page(http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/UDIG/Walkthrough+1)
 page 11
 5) Adding  A Layer From Projects View
 Adding A Layer From A PostGIS database:
 the only thing I recieve is error " A connection error has occurred: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for
host
"201.138.76.248", user "postgres", database "template1""
 could you instruct where is my error, am I missing something?
