I am getting closer. If you open yoffice3 then press the zoom in
button. It will show up. The other one doesn't thought, maybe because
it is a vertical line and the filter can't deal with that.
There's something wrong with the serviceExtension class as well When
you close udig and reopen it again. The dxf catalog entry is not saved.

now opening the Dxf file, reading the entries, creating Feature objects with
geometry (that appears valid), and calling the routines to render it. It's
no longer throwing an exception, but nothing's actually getting rendered.
Any idea what could be going on? I committed the latest version of the code.
