The mapscale graphic always shows Km as it's measurement basis
It would be better if it
allowed the setting of different sale units
represented the default scale in the base units for the projection (meters, feet, degrees)
scaled between units in the measurement base as one zommed (way) in or out
meters -> kilometers -> ??? (mega) ??? meters or whatever base units are in use
add scale bar and zoom in to a small area
all scale elements become zeros.
