In the PostGIS wizard/dialog the host field should have the first focus, but this is not the case. When using TAB to switch between fields, an event is triggered when leaving the database selection list, which tries to make the database connection, this doesn't seem convenient to me (i.e. triggering this event on a TAB or leaving a certain control).
