Description:
When a renderer requests a re-render the request only is made to its render executor. So it the render executor does not support updating, the renderer will not be periodically refreshed(and therefore doesn't provide the required instant feedback).

The request should be propagated back to the root of the tree or to a executor that handles refreshing.
