Apparently EMF mirrors follow a pattern - the main site is too slow withthe recent M5 release.


In general take any mirror site and append one of:
- /tools/emf/updates/
- */eclipse*/tools/emf/updates/

Here are some examples:
- http://eclipse.mirrors.tds.net/tools/emf/updates/
- http://mirror.ac.uk/mirror/download.eclipse.org/eclipse/tools/emf/updates/

And the performance number are here:
- http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/mirror.html
