[udig-devel] Catalog Refactoring

Heya all, 

We are in the process of moving some code around, so please be patient
with the catalog. 

This move has resulted in multiple plugins to better demonstrate the
intended use of the associated extension points, so there are a number
of new net.refractions.catalog.* plugins.
