[udig-devel] catalog view in map perspective when project.test is includ

I've added a perspective extension so that the catalog view is visible 
in map perspective for testing.  The extension is in 
net.refractions.udig.project.test so it will only appear if the plugin 
is included as part of your runtime configuration.
