That is great news, I forwarded your email to the GeoServer team lead 
(Chris Holmes) as well - we all like postive feedback.

If you wanted to help out it would be great if we could ask for help 
translating the application into French. We are also starting to 
formalize our extention-points - so if there is anything you would like 
to be able to do with our application please let us know. Early feedback 
is the best feedback.
